Cuisine de Cal has spent a great deal of time and energy immersing itself in international culinary variety. Asian and especially Korean food tops our personal list of favorites. In particular, our Chef de Cusine spent a year in Korea learning both popular and traditional country styles of cooking.

Korean Cuisine

Appetizers

Cal Korean Specialties

Of course no Korean menu would not be complete with a wide assortment of home made kimchi dishes. Some kimchi dishes are hot and spicy, others are mild and delicate. Be daring and try them all!
