Cuisine de Cal has specialized in on-site food preparation since 1979. With our years of experience, we bring to you the finest quality food with appealing presentation.

Our chefs utilize only the finest ingredients in preparation for your event or celebration. The final cooking may be completed as display cooking right before your guests' eyes.

We take pride in the presentation of the food and give your needs special consideration. Cuisine de Cal’s events may range from sophisticated corporate events, and elegant weddings, to fun, festive and exciting BBQ and company picnics.  Cuisine de Cal strives to make your dreams come true!

Your order will be confirmed with a detailed contract. A deposit of 50% is required upon approval of your contract. The balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Other terms can be arranged. We require a final guest count 7 days prior to your event. You will be charged for the number of guests given to us as your final guest count plus any additional guests that we serve.
