Cuisine de Cal incorporates a style of cuisine marked by a certain degree of both "fusion" and authentic regional cooking styles. The emphasis at Cuisine de Cal is on the use of fresh, local ingredients that are often acquired daily from local farms and farmers markets. Menus are updated regularly to accommodate the availability of ingredients in season. Custom menus can be prepared per customer request.

“Suggestions” is the key word here. Do you have a few ideas of your own? Our Chef de Cuisine will be more than happy to create a custom menu just for you! Below is a listing of some of Cuisine de Cal’s “Drop-Off” menu items. Full service options are also available.

Summer BBQ Menu

  • ALL BBQ BEEF HOT DOGS
    Served on a Bakery Fresh Bun. Served with Swiss cheese, American cheese, Sautéed Onions, Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato, Horseradish, Thousand Island dressing, Chili, Sauerkraut, Catsup, Onions and Dill Pickle Chips.
  • BARBECUED CHICKEN
    Moist and tender chicken, barbecued with our own Special Sauce.
  • SANTA MARIA BARBECUE BEEF TRI-TIP
    Roasted over an open fire in our own Home Made BBQ sauce.
  • Your Choice of two salads: COLE SLAW, MACARONI SALAD, RED POTATO SALAD, TOSSED SALAD with BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING
  • Also Included are: FRENCH ROLLS, WATERMELON WEDGES (seasonal), RANCH or NEW ENGLAND STYLE BAKED BEANS

Chinese Cuisine

  • Beef and Broccoli

  • Kung Pao Prawns
  • Served with: Egg flower soup,house-made pan-fried pot stickers, stir-fried Chinese vegetables, and steamed rice
Korean Cuisine
  • Grilled Chicken Skewers
  • Bul-go-gi -- Thinly sliced sirloin marinated in our special Korean sauce.
  • Substitute: Galbi -- Specially prepared and marinated prime beef short ribs.
  • Served with: steamed rice, assorted kimchi and Korean side dishes
American Cuisine
  • Grilled Calamari Skewers
  • Grilled herb-marinated chicken breasts
  • or Peppered Prime Rib
  • or Braised Beef Short Ribs 
  • Served with: Cesar Salad, Roasted fingerling potatoes and summer vegetables, baked beans and dinner rolls
Mediterranean Cuisine
  • Lamb Paella: Lamb with saffron rice, fava beans, garlic, sofrito, spices, and fresh herbs
  • Crisp Chicken with Red Capsium Jam: Lightly dusted chicken breasts pan seared with a sweet jam of piquillo peppers, Garlic, diced tomatoes, sherry and brown sugar
  • Substitute: Shrimp in Silky Sauce -- Shrimp sautéed in olive oil and garlic, served on pasta
  • Served with: Cesar Salad and Garlic bread
Mexican Cuisine
  • Cheese Enchiladas
  • Carnitas Tacos
